Uptime Security NV processes your identification and contact data for the contact with you as a participant.

Uptime Security NV processes your data in the context of your participation based on the specific interest in the event. You are invited because you have previously contacted us, have expressed interest in products and services and/or have purchased those products and services. Your participation is further carried out entirely based on your (implicit) consent.
3.4 How did we obtain your personal data?
We obtain the personal data directly when you share it with us when registering or when you have already provided us with data during a previous contact.
3.5 How long do we store your personal data?
We undertake not to store your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. Because we find it useful to know which events you have previously participated in, we limit ourselves to 3 years after the event has taken place. After that date, data about your participation will be actively deleted or anonymized.
4. Can we share your personal data?
Uptime Security NV does not pass on your personal data to third parties unless to third parties that support our services, application and personnel administration processes and/or organization of the event (as processors).
Some of our databases are accessible to third parties that work on our behalf and that assist us in delivering our products and services. For example, think of hosting our website, developing and managing our applications or offering our communication platforms. The transfer of your data is only done for the purposes for which Uptime Security NV processes your data itself and is limited to the data that they need to perform their task on our behalf. We ensure that they, just like us, manage your data safely, respectfully and as a good father and we provide adequate contractual guarantees for this.

Uptime Security NV makes every effort to continuously (continue to) guarantee the accessibility, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data.
